Staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and they upgraded us because they had a bigger room available. The view from the pool and hot tub is amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, although the hotel has lovely facilities and is nicely decorated, the service falls short. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and service at the bar and restaurant was very slow.
